Going Concern |
Note 2 –Going Concern
As shown in the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements as of September 30, 2020, the Company had cash on hand of $20,879, negative working capital of $592,394 and an accumulated deficit of $14,888,467, and the Company’s cash on hand will not be sufficient to sustain operations. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management is actively pursuing new customers to generate revenues. In addition, the Company is currently seeking additional sources of capital to fund short term operations. Management believes these factors will contribute toward achieving profitability. There can be no assurance that we will be successful in achieving these objectives, becoming profitable or continuing our business without either a temporary interruption or a permanent cessation. Additional financing may result in substantial dilution to existing stockholders.
The condensed consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of any uncertainty as to the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. These financial statements also do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts, or amounts and classifications of liabilities that might be necessary should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern. |
