NOTE 9: Related Party Transactions The Company neither owns nor leases any real or personal property. The director of the Company provides office space and services free of charge. The Company's sole officer and director is involved in other business activities and may in the future, become involved in other business opportunities as they become available. The Company has a related party transaction involving a significant shareholder. The nature and details of the transaction are described in Note 5. |
